“I can’t say I have ever seen a tournament, especially one of this scale, pulled off so effectively. The organizers, volunteers, and referees were top-notch, the complex was phenomenal, and you could really feel the excitement around the city. It’s always great when rugby is given positive publicity, and the East Coast Games really showed what the sport is all about; the competition was fierce, the atmosphere was exciting, and it truly was an elite level venue. I know all of us from PEI were truly impressed, and you’ll definitely continue seeing a PEI team going forward.”
